Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford, part of Benchmark Senior Living, seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. This full-time night shift (11pm–7am) offers a competitive hourly range and a supportive team culture where long-lasting relationships with residents and associates are valued.

Requirements include a current LPN license and CPR certification, 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, and experience with elder care is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Elder care experience in paid or volunteer roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report health changes to care leaders and family per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinate care needs with providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse or exploitation per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and use personal emergency response system.
