Job summary

The Arbors of Shelburne, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN to join our care team in an evening shift. You will deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and collaborate with a dedicated team.

This full-time evening role offers up to $42 per hour plus shift differentials. Ideal candidates have an active LPN license (or RN), CPR, and 1–2 years of nursing experience with the elderly.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports any significant changes in resident health to the care team and ED as required.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in their duties.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
