Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN to join our team for part-time night shifts (11 pm–7 am) every other weekend in Bedford, NH. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualified candidates will hold a current LPN license with CPR certification, have a completion of an approved LPN program, and preferably 1–2 years of nursing experience, especially with the elderly.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status.
• Monitor health changes and report to care team and director per regulations.
• Direct and supervise Resident Care Assistants in daily tasks.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in job responsibilities and performance.
• Coordinate care with community providers through case management.
