Benchmark Senior Living's Arbors of Bedford is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our caring team and deliver quality nursing care to residents in a warm, home‑like setting.

This full‑time night shift 11pm–7am offers a $33–$40.50 hourly rate with benefits including holidays, meal program, training, and a 401(k) plan. Requirements include an active LPN license or RN license and CPR certification, 1–2 years of nursing experience, and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly in care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents' status.
• Observe and report changes to care team.
• Supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in job duties.
• Coordinate care with providers via case management.
