Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will join a supportive team, mentor staff, and coordinate care with community providers.

The role includes 11pm–7am overnight full-time hours, with responsibilities spanning assessment, documentation, supervision, and emergency response to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior elderly care experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report health changes to care director and physician.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinate care with providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse per state rules.
• Respond to emergencies and call for backup when needed.
