Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, New Hampshire, United States of America, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This is a Full Time 3p-11p position offering $33-$40.50/hr.

As a nurse, you will deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, supervise Resident Care Assistants, document changes, and coordinate with the care team to maintain safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Observe changes in health and report to the care team.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in all job aspects.
• Coordinate care with community providers and case management.
