Job summary

Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Milieu Manager for the 3rd shift (10:45pm - 7:15am).

You will provide clinical leadership to direct care staff and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent, therapeutic care in a secure residential setting for youth aged 7-17. You will implement programming, provide ongoing training, manage staff assignments, and help oversee daily time and attendance while maintaining a safe milieu.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of therapeutic relationships as relates to adolescents, therapeutic processes and behavior management.
• CPR certification and First Aid knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to direct care staff.
• Coordinate and supervise programming to maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Work with DON, CEO and Clinical Operations to ensure care consistency.
• Assign direct care staff to units and communicate with flex pool staff.
• Assist with daily time and attendance.
