Highlands Behavioral Health System in Littleton, CO is seeking a Milieu Manager for the evening shift (Tue–Sat, 1:00pm–11:00pm). The role focuses on patient safety through staff education and shaping nursing culture across units serving adolescents, adults and seniors.

The position coordinates orientation, supports nursing administration, and leads ongoing staff development and training initiatives to enhance care quality and team growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or teaching certificate preferred.
• Two years of education-focused experience in nursing, psychology, social service or related field preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure patient safety through staff education and culture development.
• Assist the CNO with planning and oversight of MHT patient care roles.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and nursing administration duties with HR.
• Develop and execute a strong staff training program and in-services.
