• High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS in related mental health field preferred.
• CPR certification and age-specific training; current aggression management training within 90 days of employment.
• Must maintain CPI Instructor training and knowledge of regulatory standards: OhioMHAS/TJC/CMS/TRICARE.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a safe, therapeutic milieu and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Care Technicians and House Supervisor on daily unit operations.
• Oversee milieu coordinators and assist with floor orientation and training.
• Work the afternoon shift and every other weekend.
