Highlands Behavioral Health System in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Milieu Manager for the evening shift (Tue-Sat, 1:00pm–11:00pm). The role focuses on patient safety through staff education and culture development, coordinating new hire orientation, and supporting nursing administration with training programs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and related education in nursing/psychology or social

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in human services or teaching certificate preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field or completion of EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Security Training program or equivalent preferred.
• At least one-year relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient safety through staff education and staff culture development.
• Assist CNO with planning and oversight of the MHT patient care role and overall goals.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and nursing admin duties with human resources.
• Develop and execute a strong staff training program and regulatory in-services.
• Provide opportunities for growth and development of clinical and non-clinical staff.
