Highlands Behavioral Health System in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Milieu Manager for the Evening Shift (Tue-Sat, 1:00pm-11:00pm). This full-time role focuses on patient safety through staff education, culture development, and coordination of new hire orientation.

You will help plan nursing administration duties with HR, develop a strong staff training program, and deliver in-service education to enhance clinical skills across the nursing department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or teaching certificate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field or EMT/CNA/Medical Assistant or Security Training program preferred.
• At least one year relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient safety through staff education and culture development.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and HR-related duties with nursing administration.
• Develop and execute a strong staff training program and in-services to increase nursing skill levels.
• Provide opportunities for staff growth and development within the nursing management team.
