Job summary

Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Milieu Manager for a 3rd shift (10:45pm - 7:15am) to lead residential care staff and supervise clinical operations for youth aged 7-17. The role emphasizes creating a safe, therapeutic milieu, coordinating staff, implementing programming and training, and ensuring consistent care across units.

A strong background in adolescent therapy, crisis management and CPR is required, with leadership experience

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership ability and effective communication with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of therapeutic relationships with adolescents and crisis management.
• CPR certification or training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership and supervision to direct care staff.
• Collaborates with DON, CEO and Director of Clinical Operations to ensure consistent care.
• Implements programming and ongoing training to maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Coordinates and assigns direct care staff to units and ensures clear communication among staff.
• Assists with daily time and attendance.
