Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, coaching, and training on processes to ensure service quality.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation per policy.
• Maintains facility safety through safety sweeps, proper material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Oversees merchandising, product rotation, pricing, and displays; monitors shrink and damaged goods.
• Leads teams to coordinate work, allocate resources, and model adaptability to change.
• Oversees club pickup order staging and process improvements; collaborates with managers and partners.
