Walmart in Hoover, AL is hiring for a retail associate with supervisory responsibilities. You will provide member service, guide customers on self-service options, assist with purchases, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will also support management with staff supervision, training, scheduling, and adherence to policies while helping ensure safety and accurate merchandising across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team and supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring and workload management.

Responsabilités

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs and assisting with purchases.
• Supervises associates in area of responsibility, assigns duties, trains on processes, and supports hiring and scheduling.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and ensures proper merchandising, labeling, and pricing.
• Maintains safety through routine sweeps, forklift safety, and hazard reporting.
• Leads teams and coordinates work, ensures quality, and supports change and continuous improvement.
• Oversees club pickup ordering processes and product staging.
