Job summary

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms while supporting Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store. The position emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Daily interactions with customers and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and Omni channel options (BOPIS/SFS).
• Support receiving, stocking, and planogram maintenance to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store.
• Participate in shrink prevention and safety programs; comply with all policies and standards.
