Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Frederick, MD seeks a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You will help with merchandising, restocking, and in-store processes including BOPIS and SFS, while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Support stocking, truck unload, and POS duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and visual merchandising; follow SOPs.
