Job summary

Family Partners Home in Ballwin, Missouri, is seeking a Full Time Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) for overnights (6:45 pm – 7:15 am) in our residential memory care home. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, administer medications, and engage residents.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have L1MA certification from DHSS, reliable transportation, can lift up to 50 lbs, pass background check, and have experience caring for memory-impaired adults.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Experience caring for memory or dementia patients
• Positive, engaging, proactive approach
• L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) certification through DHSS

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming)
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Laundry
• Medication administration
• Cooking meals for residents
• Activities and resident engagement
