Job summary

Family Partners Homes in Ballwin, MO seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) to join our memory care team. This role supports residents with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, activities, and engaged companionship to create a welcoming home-like environment.

The candidate must be 18+, hold a valid CNA or L1MA, be able to work every other weekend and holiday rotation, have a valid driver's license or state ID, and reliable

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or L1MA certification.
• 18+ years old and able to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and assist residents with daily activities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license or State ID.
• Pass a background check and meet care requirements for memory/physical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming).
• Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
• Laundry and meal preparation for residents.
• Engage residents in activities and social interactions.
• Promote resident engagement and a home-like atmosphere.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
