Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living assistance to residents, including mobility and hygiene.
• Assist with meals, call lights, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Document resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
