Responsibilities

• Performs/assists with resident direct care needs and comforts of daily living as needed (e.g., lifting, turning, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene).
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms, assists with meals, and provides restorative nursing activities.
• Communicates professionally and reports changes in residents' condition to the supervisor.
• Assists with vitals, weights, and other documentation; helps with admissions and staff training as needed.
• Adheres to Resident Rights, confidentiality, infection control, and safety policies.
