Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver a superior member experience at our facility. You will greet members and guests, handle front desk duties, sign-ups and tours, update accounts, and close the daily shift with bank deposits.

A positive, reliable attitude and basic computer skills are essential. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, being 18+, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones, assist callers and check members into the system.
• Complete new member sign-ups and conduct tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions or concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and organization.
• Close the shift for the business day and prepare next day deposits.
