Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a Overnight Member Services Rep Front Desk in Plano, TX. This on-site, full-time role operates during overnight hours with a pay rate of $12 per hour.

You will manage member check-ins, maintain club cleanliness, and use the Planet Fitness app to assist members and perform daily cash reconciliations. The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED certifications, and comfort standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification required before working alone; training provided within first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates.
• Ensure proper training to operate safely and efficiently.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and point of sale.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate with members and create a high level of member service.
• Assist the GM and AM with membership promotions and operational strategies.
