Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer to deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk. You will assist members, process sign-ups, and conduct tours while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

Responsibilities include answering phones, updating member records, handling inquiries, closing the shift, and preparing the next day’s bank deposit. Strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and assist with new member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours and facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate as needed.
• Close shift for the business day and create a bank deposit.
