Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Customer Service Representative) to deliver superior member experiences and assist with daily operations. You will handle front desk duties, sign-ups, account updates, and member tours while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service aptitude, and the ability to work 3rd shift. The position offers training, advancement opportunities, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours and update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally; escalate to management as needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the club.
• Close shift and prepare bank deposit for next day.
