Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Overnight Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming club experience. You will engage members and guests, handle check-ins, and communicate events and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere while supporting team members and operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to exceptional customer service.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies.
• Inform about club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues or escalate to management.
• Process payments for amenities and services.
• Support front desk operations and schedule member services.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Assist with events, promotions, and decorations.
• Collaborate with team for a positive workplace culture.
