Agemark Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Medication Aide at CountryHouse Lincoln II in Lincoln, NE (84th & Pine Lake). You will provide compassionate medication support per physician orders and care plans, and document regularly to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassion and patience when serving older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and report promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight shift.
