Agemark Senior Living’s CountryHouse Lincoln II in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Medication Aide to provide compassionate care and medication support to residents. The role emphasizes safely administering meds, documenting administration, and monitoring residents’ conditions overnight.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, building relationships with residents and families while supporting a safe, comfortable overnight environment at CountryHouse Lincoln II.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Dependability and the ability to work full-time overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight shift.
