Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln III – 70th & O, Lincoln, NE, is seeking a Full-Time Medication Aide for night shifts. You will administer medications, document accurately, and monitor residents while supporting daily living and dignity. Build connections with residents and families in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion, patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely according to physicians' orders and residents' care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration in our system.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Provide personal support to residents, helping with daily living while protecting dignity.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
• Support the community by helping create a safe, welcoming environment.
