Job summary

Qualifications

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physicians’ orders and residents’ care plans.
Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly in our system.
Monitor Residents: Observe for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
Provide Personal Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while protecting their dignity and independence.
Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Support the Community: Help create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.
