Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln III is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our Lincoln, NE team for full-time night shifts. You will administer medications, maintain precise records, and monitor residents’ conditions while supporting daily living activities with dignity.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physicians' orders and residents' care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly in our system.
• Monitor Residents: Observe for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
• Provide Personal Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while protecting their dignity and independence.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support the Community: Help create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.
