Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification that meets Nebraska requirements.
• Patience and genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Strong verbal, written, and documentation abilities.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and electronic records.
• Ability to work independently and stay attentive overnight.
• Commitment to EPIC ACTS values every day.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration on time.
• Monitor residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Provide compassionate care while protecting residents' dignity and independence.
• Offer overnight support to keep a calm, safe environment throughout the night.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
• Support an EPIC culture with compassion, accountability, and team spirit.
