Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Attention to medication documentation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe medication support per physician orders and ensure resident safety.
• Deliver compassionate care and assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity.
• Monitor resident well-being; observe changes and communicate concerns to nursing team.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families and teammates.
• Create a welcoming, supportive environment where residents feel valued.
