Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (12 Hour PM shift) to oversee a production area within an Inspection and Packaging facility. You will lead staff, ensure cGMP compliance, and coordinate with QA/QC, PPIC, Regulatory, and other teams to maintain continuous production and quality.

The role requires a strong managerial background, advanced degree in a relevant field, and experience directing resources in pharmaceutical/manufacturing settings. Rotating schedule and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Direct experience leading manufacturing teams is required.
• Oversee cGMP-compliant production areas and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small manufacturing area or section of a larger area.
• Ensure cGMP and CFR compliance; supervise and develop staff.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Lead process improvements and new manufacturing setups.
• Oversee training, budgeting, and safety auditing.
