Amgen in North Carolina’s FleXBatch facility is seeking a Manager Manufacturing (Downstream) for the night shift to lead frontline teams in a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 rotation, ensuring safe, compliant operations in a 24/7 biopharma environment.

You will coach and develop staff, coordinate with QA, QC, and other functions, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver scale-up manufacturing with discipline, accountability, and a strong safety culture in line with Amgen values.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 3+ years manufacturing or operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years manufacturing or operations experience OR Associate’s degree with 10 years experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years manufacturing or operations experience AND prior managerial experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead frontline teams in manufacturing and ensure safe, compliant 24/7 operations.
• Coach, develop and mentor staff to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define area objectives, identify improvements, and deliver short- and long-term business goals.
