Job summary

PLS Financial Services is hiring an Overnight Manager to provide on-call CSR support during overnight hours, ensuring stores meet service and sales goals. The role covers all CSR duties and supports store management in overnight operations.

Candidates should have 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Overnight/weekend/holiday flexibility is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience.
• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, banking, retail, or restaurant preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, financial services, banking, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Enforce company policies with CSRs (Operations, Robber/Intruder, Dress and Personal Appearance).
• Communicate information between store management and CSRs.
• Attend monthly regional meetings to share information with CSRs.
• Support a strong customer service culture and resolve customer complaints.
• Approve checks within policy limits and complete video audits for CSRs safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Prepare reports for Store and District Managers.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to interruptions to serve customers.
