Job summary

PLS Financial Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Overnight Manager to lead store operations during overnight hours and provide on-call support to Customer Service Representatives. You will ensure compliant transactions, uphold policies, and sustain a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store management, resolving customer issues, preparing reports, and supporting a safe, organized overnight environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience
• Previous customer service experience in related industries is preferred
• A minimum of one-year supervisory experience in relevant industries
• Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Review and enforce applicable company policies with CSRs including, but not limited to, Operations, Robber/Intruder, and Dress and Personal Appearance Policies
• Communicate information between store management and CSRs
• Attend monthly regional meetings to communicate information to CSRs
• Support a strong customer service culture
• Help CSRs resolve customer complaints
• Approve checks up to policy limits
• Complete video camera audits to support overnight CSRs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Prepare required reports for Store and District Managers
• Manage multiple projects and handle interruptions to meet needs of customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
