Job summary

PLS Financial Services in Oak Brook, IL, seeks an Overnight Manager to provide on-call CSR support during overnight hours and help ensure stores meet service and sales goals.

You will perform CSR duties, enforce policies, review reports, and assist store management in overnight operations.

Applicants should have 6+ months of check cashing experience, prior supervisory exposure, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; willingness to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience
• Customer service background in related industries preferred
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Enforce company policies with CSRs (Operations, Robber/Intruder, Dress & Appearance)
• Communicate between store management and CSRs
• Attend monthly regional meetings to relay information
• Support a strong customer service culture and resolve complaints
• Approve checks within policy limits
• Conduct video audits to support CSRs and store security
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Prepare reports for Store and District Managers
• Manage multiple projects and respond to interruptions
