A Front Office Overnight Manager is responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all Front Office operations to maintain high standards of guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest service, registration, room inventory, and availability
  • Maintaining service standards, product quality, and cost controls
  • Implementing marketing initiatives, managing systems, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Supervising, scheduling, and evaluating team members
  • Monitoring service and satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and making improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns promptly
  • Promoting hotel services through up-selling techniques
  • Ensuring team members are knowledgeable about hotel offerings and local area
  • Completing audit procedures as needed
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff
