Drawing from Pittsburgh's rich history, fl.2 showcases a wide selection of local beers, craft cocktails, and an elevated Modern American menu with unique signature items designed to transform guests into regulars. The restaurant and bar provide a vibrant, inviting space with an open, airy atmosphere, incorporating modern architectural elements.
Review daily reports, arrivals, VIPs, and groups to ensure proper execution of details.
Collaborate with the Director, Front Office, and revenue management to apply yield management principles and optimize room revenue.
Implement the concept of "the perfect arrival" following all company standards.
Drive guest satisfaction by focusing on service initiatives.
Ensure the highest execution of the ALL loyalty program.
Participate in and conduct regular leadership and colleague briefings and meetings.
Monitor and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Follow colleague performance management principles.
Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Experience and Skills Include:
Minimum 1 year of progressive Front Office operations experience, preferably in management at a luxury property.
Proficiency in PMS (Opera) and Microsoft Office.
College Degree in Hospitality is an asset.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Guest service-oriented mindset.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, including multiple overnight shifts during the week.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
