Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Observe equipment in operation to identify root causes of breakdowns or performance issues
• Install, service, and support new and existing equipment
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications for maintenance and repairs
• Maintain parts, tools, and supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed
• Complete daily shift turnover reports using a computer system
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as required
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Technical Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems
• Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Basic computer and report writing skills
• Strong communication and time management skills Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment
