The role requires independent work on an overnight shift, with duties including preventive maintenance, reading schematics, and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs, sensors, motors, and controls.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all applicable safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and electrical panels
• Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment
