Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Proven experience in motors, conveyors, pneumatics, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant fields will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and determine the need for adjustments or repairs.

• Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Document and maintain records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance.
