Centro Inc. in North Liberty, IA is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and support installation of new equipment on a full-time overnight shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training (apprenticeship, technical college, or continuing education).
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and repairs.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to identify and resolve issues.
• Uphold all safety standards and procedures.
