Job summary

Pella in Sioux Center, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep our production equipment running smoothly. Working 3rd shift from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM, in-person, you’ll diagnose and fix electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues while supporting automated systems.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with peers to improve processes. A high school diploma and ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical maintenance and industrial safety.
• Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues across systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and identify root causes.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Work with automated systems, PLCs, sensors, motors, and production equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and improve processes.
• Support multiple areas of the facility based on business needs.
