Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a compassionate FT LPN for the Overnight Shift. The role focuses on delivering person-centered nursing care, medication administration, and shift supervision within a warm, all-inclusive senior living community.

Qualifications include an Oklahoma LPN license and 3+ years of nursing experience (senior living preferred). The position requires flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Oklahoma license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work.
• Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
• Courteous, friendly and helpful attitude toward the public, residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees/directs care of residents per their service/care plans.
• Administers medications, treatments, and documents properly.
• Conducts daily rounds and reports status to the Assisted Living Director.
• Supervises Assisted Living personnel on shift.
• Accurately completes shift reports and progress notes.
• Maintains 100% accuracy in medication administration and charting.
• Responds promptly to 'Call for Aid' requests and ensures resident safety.
