Senior Suites in Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. You will deliver resident-centered care, monitor health, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs to implement individualized plans.

The role requires strong observation, empathy, and clear communication with patients and teams. Shift coverage includes 7-7 day and night rotations in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Oklahoma or compact state
Experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities
Strong observational skills and empathy
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

Responsibilities

Provide essential resident care including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor health status and report changes to physicians
Supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Provide emotional support to residents and families
Document progress and health status for care planning
