Job summary

Willow-Creek-Health-Care is seeking dedicated Night RNs and LPNs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care facility. You will administer medications, monitor health, assist with ADLs, and collaborate on individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes thorough documentation, emotional support for residents and families, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/RN license in Oklahoma.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities
