Job summary

The Villages at Southern Hills in Tulsa, OK is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our caring team. This role supports long-term and rehabilitative residents and participates in and directs patient care under facility guidelines and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Skilled nursing experience in a long-term or rehabilitative care setting.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of patient care in accordance with facility procedures and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Evaluate staffing patterns to meet resident needs with Nursing leadership.
• Coordinate care plans and monitor resident status.
• Oversee subordinate staff and ensure infection control compliance.
