Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a compassionate FT LPN for an overnight shift. You’ll administer medications, monitor residents, and support a person-centered care approach. Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Oklahoma license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

General Summary:

The FT LPN Overnight Shiftis responsible for the overall nursing care/service to residents on her/his shift. Work includes accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls/procedures as required.

Supervises/performs direct care of residents as outlined in each resident’s service/care plan.
Supervises the work of the Assisted Living personnel assigned to her/his shift.
Administers direct care to residents as needed.
Makes daily rounds to residents.
Keeps Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
Gives and receives accurate shift reports.
Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
Keeps physicians and families informed of each resident’s condition as requested.
Assists with the development of the resident’s personal service/care plan.
Responds promptly to all “Call for Aid” requests.
Supervises medication administration (includes preparation, administration, and charting) and compliance with goal of 100% accuracy.
Completes all assigned tasks and items listed on shift checklist.
