Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Oklahoma CNA certification current.
• Oklahoma CMA certification current.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and non-personal care per care plans.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• May act as Team Leader for the shift.
• Monitor and document resident progress and condition changes.
• Support meal service and general activities as needed.
